I like most of the people I work with. They are creatives and hard workers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Answering workers concerns, paying a fair wage, properly staff stores, and put our safety above profit

What did you like most about the interview process?

Store manager was very nice and interested in my talents. Online hiring process is clunky and inefficient though.

What makes you most happy at work?

I went to school for textiles so naturally working at a fabric store while in school was a great opportunity.
