Overall, working with Jo-Ann has been a good experience. I love being creative and working with fabrics has opened a whole new doorway for me. On the other hand, working during a pandemic has opened my eyes to how much managers can, or more so SHOULD care about their employees.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is the way we come together to get things done effectively and well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My leadership team needs to do better with protecting employees and customers during the Covid-19 pandemic, starting with actually believing that the virus itself is real, along with the vaccine.
