What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Horrible scheduling, leaving people off schedules for petty reasons, refusing to talk to problematic staff about issue affecting the entire team, refuses to talk to ex-employees about important information like access Tax information, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You are required to learn and do everything at the store with $8 base pay. The managers have specific tasks they have to do and will assign you to them solely because they do not want to and will openly talk about it. You will get the work of the store manager position with "first ever job" pay.
