Overall I do enjoy many aspects at Joann. My co-workers are cool, and I do love the 30% discount.. On the other hand, I think that they work you like a mule, with outdated technology, lazy managers, and complicated customers who obsess over coupons.

They asked me maybe 3-4 questions. I was hired in 4 minutes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
First and foremost, although you’ll meet many amazing coworkers you also will meet many ridiculous ones. My first experience at Jo Ann is working 8+ hours, 1 break, dealing with severe feet pain, and unforgiving, high maintenance customers. My coworkers (often managers) usually sit on their phone
