I never heard of him - why is that? Maybe failed to communicate to line workers? Store managers are replaced very, very often.

I enjoy interacting with guests and helping them make selections for their projects.

Coworkers and customers are amazing and artistic. Most of them provide benefit to charities and treat others with respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have huddles or meetings EVER. Our manager doesn't even communicate on a white board or give out their contact information.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store managers are replaced very, very often and prove to be inexperienced in leadership. I've only seen Eric Woon a few times and John Porter twice in 2 and 1/2 years. If they want to know what's really going on please ask them to take time to speak with Team Members, not only "managers".
