What does the leadership team need to get better at?

It appears that EVERYTHING is based on numbers from both sales and customer surveys. Nothing based on an employee's actual experience or suggestions. Basically, it isn't a problem unless corporate says it is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Understaffed to keep payroll low, the most productive or valuable employees are expected to fill in anywhere and everywhere, while completing assigned tasks. The other employees simply fulfill the most basic duties of the job. Better off playing dumb to have expectations of you meet the low wages.
