What does the leadership team need to get better at?
* Listen to actual concerns of employees * Meaningfully address concerns or provide transparent reasons why they cannot be addressed * Improve avenues for truly anonymous feedback * Reverse the in-office mandate

The company culture has changed and getting worse. Top down policy changes, RTO (Return to Office), for example. C level leadership has not been transparent and has exhibited that they don't care nor want to listen to employees about RTO.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very satisfied with the insurance coverage for my family and the 401k match. Also like the other perks like Incentfit

The best part about the compensation package for me is the healthcare package - I've yet to see/hear of a better policy.

All of it, but if I have to mention only one, that would be Health Insurance + HSA

All benefit expenses are covered by the company including for all family members and seeding the HSA to cover the family deductible . So rare. Please don't ever change this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation seems to be odd. Low means you dont know the job or are new to the field. Mid means you are competent in the job high means you are ready for a promotion. Yet we dont move in the range like that.

Undervalue: Asked more to do but paid for way below. If asked to do more and other people job, than pay more. Make clear job descriptions!

Open communication about compensation and benefits around the company would demystify a lot of rumors, especially about minority employees leaving partially due to compensation reasons.

They don't tend to spend time solving problems and ask for help too quickly before trying to figure things out, but in general I work well with my coworkers and would just like to see more proactivity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company is to be very transparent. At previous companies I would notice that harder questions would often get either ignored or given a non very meaningful answer. At Kajabi, everyone from my manager to the executives are happy to answer your questions.

adoption to change. this org still operates like 2 billion$ startup and that is alright as a culture to some degree but can conduct operations like that refined business process needed across the org but teams are to concerned with operating with no operational guardrails

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of top down culture at Kajabi. There is also a huge lack of diversity in leadership and in the upper level positions in general and more specifically in technical positions- and not much promotion seen to higher level positions among people of color and women.

Nothing's wrong, but the projects are in a state of semi-completion and I don't really know what future projects we'll take on. It's hard to be excited about the future with so many unknowns.
