Acceptance of some level of remote work as necessary for talent attraction and retention, diversity at the executive level, increased focus on long-term investments rather than emphasis on short-term results, openness to ideas from employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1) The starting pay for fresh graduate is not compatible with industry. 2) There is 1 year the increment % have been affected by the minimum wage policy, existing employee is getting less due to the % of increment has been taken up by the employee whose pay is under the minimum wage.
