KPMG Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The yearly bonus at the year end.

Annual shut downs and vacation

Joining bonus and annual bonus

KPMG has a very comprehensive benefits package.

TotalRewards go beyond salary and provide flexible and accessible benefits that really sweeten the deal.

Base salary and all the benefits

bonus and 1% comission is great

Performance Bonus and ctc flexibility

Base pay is competitive, perks

Review from Finance Dept

time off is wonderful to have

Medical cover is my best package

Parental Leave and Life Insurance

Total compensation and benedits / vacation

As a intern, i get extra work days off and if i do go to the company, my meal is paid for partially with coupons. I wish they would also pay in home food expenses since we have to stay in because of the pandemic but need to work equal as much (if not more). Besides that i dont think i can ask more

Review from Business Development Dept

Variable bonus and pension plan

There is no best part. It is fair

Most competitive PTO plan I have seen

Benefits and perks offered are great

Review from IT Dept

My medical compensation package and pay

Review from IT Dept

gym, parking, meal vouchers, work from home

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of budget and resources to meet business objectives and executive stakeholder expectations

Work long hours and still get more work than others. Very little pay. A new job at a more well adjusted company will make me feel better

there is more work compared to other colleagues at the same level across the control

Review from IT Dept

More competitive salaries and better work life balance

Other companies compensate higher relative to work comparison

The recruiter and managers grossly misrepresented the compensation. The entire bonus game is based on an interim evaluation which does not reflect your work but more likely your ability to do some boot licking. Please forget about any form of a fair treatment!

Almost no benefits, the company tries everything possible to pay you less.

Industry standards are higher than over here.

Pay could be better and benefits

Pay market value and not based on your gender

There are other in the same position in the same company earning morw than me hence i feel im under paid

I work so hard but still paid less

Increase in benefit payments will be fine

salaries are not in line with the market, increase in salary would do it

Highly underpaid fir the hours worked

Fair treatment, massive improvement in culture

compensation is not good enough

Raises were non existent and then very lackluster. different areas are treated differently. A decent bonus to make up for previous years and about a $20K+ comp bump would be better. If the leadership and partners were not so toxic, this could be less.

Pay increase for the amount of work i do

contributions were not fairly assessed
