Everything...no one cares for those lower than the executive team.
Leadership is fine. Its the business model that is broken. But its sustainable because each year they find kida to put into the meat grinder
Dont penalize new hires for making mistakes

As a intern, i get extra work days off and if i do go to the company, my meal is paid for partially with coupons. I wish they would also pay in home food expenses since we have to stay in because of the pandemic but need to work equal as much (if not more). Besides that i dont think i can ask more

Biases all across the board.
Avoid aggression in discussions which are very often and delegating their mandatory responsibilities to other colleagues.

Everybody is friendly and always helps
Feedback is given in a constructive way, mentoring system is very helpful, and leadership takes time to listen to everyone.

It's a social culture, which still encourages ambition and entrepreneurship.

dollar driven, people come last,
recruit more resources and compensate well
Change the leadership and especially those who are not putting their employees on the first place and treat them like slaves ( they are looking only for profit, that's why everyone is frustrated).

Overall smooth and formal process
Everything is automated but some tasks can be hard
The interviewee was very nice and took time to listen, she also has asked follow up questions and made me feel comfortable. I got the feeling that character is as important as skills, which i liked very much.

Partners and senior leadership completely out of touch and not willing to adjust to change.
The communication and lack of professionalism . There are a lot of people who do not know what is doring and in this matter a lot of clients are unsatisfied.
