What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Take ownership of work and concisely communicate to stakeholders. Present themselves in a more professional manner on video calls.

Learn to be a team player, not be the guy who does as little as possible. Communicate

Again manager effectiveness and Senior Associates tend to get priority.

Biases all across the board.

Avoid aggression in discussions which are very often and delegating their mandatory responsibilities to other colleagues.
