PM is the best of the people who work at KPMG, they personally care about you even in their vacation.

They are really good people

Thinking ahead and actions have meaning and purpose, with good intentions. Although these need to be communicated better.

Review from Operations Dept

New opportunities always come up

Smart, driven, caring, and inspiring

Intelligence, varied experi3nces, big picture thinking

Leadership team is extremely sharp and savvy. They tend to be pragmatic and highly supportive.

Open, honest and driven by values.

My firm’s partners are very supportive and team focused. They do not put themselves above us, and are often shoulder to shoulder with us on client wor

Knowledgeable, lots of guidance and support

Transparency and keeping people first (Top Priority)

Committment to a productive healthy culture

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Firstly, to be honest and responsible, they should give more attention to improving their core solutions rather than giving the exterm attention to the PPT slides deign. To spread trust within the organization and with the clients and partners must give attention to the active marketing

Hire a real hr team that can hire appropriate people, not just cull warm bodies; hire training team not use employees who read out of a book

Listen to people, observe their work and appreciate how hard they work by actually participating in team meetings

Management skills can be improved

They are immature and need to consider other people. They expect you to kiss up to them at any moments notice. Managers are also improperly trained and have no idea how to manage people or give appropriate and constructive feedback.

Everything...no one cares for those lower than the executive team.

Leadership is fine. Its the business model that is broken. But its sustainable because each year they find kida to put into the meat grinder

Dont penalize new hires for making mistakes

Leading leading leading leading leading

They need to retire and be replaced with empathetic leadership that comprehend the areas they oversee.

applying their strategy to all areas of the firm

Micromanaging has become a great part of KPMG.

Respect the individual, not being forced to have overtime without pay and given that there are people who do nothing. Compliance with the law regarding the leave they do not have- forcing you work even you are on holiday.

Review from Finance Dept

Need to be more decisive and use fewer committees in decision-making. Departmental leadership needs to manage up and tell the partners and management team that hiring people as contractors instead of employees really hurts morale and loyalty.

They need to manage better the projects

Maintaining work life balance that is not just all talk and no action. Actually incentivising employees to stay because the retention rate is abysmal and it's not hard to see why. Those that remain face the consequences, which usually involves increased workload without increased compensation.

Trust in employees and competencies of some key personnel

Let the performance appraisal be more impartial.

everything. maybe goto a leadership boot camp. get some soft skills

Communication to staff at all times
