Compensation is linear but is proportional to your growth at the firm. It is very calculated to local market conditions.

Leadership is professional and forward thinking. Leads with business problem rather than technical solutions. This can be a big shift for people who work in tech to understand them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very talented. The only complaint is sometimes we are distributed on different engagements so it can be hard to interact as much as we want to.
