I have worked for LB 9 years, it's an job I enjoy doing. I have learned alot from my store manager and DM. You have to have a passion for fashion and merchandising. I enjoy helping customer find the fit and style they need whether it be intimates or sportswear.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that come in. I like helping people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity. Age, race, and we all bring something different to the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The store is always clean and neat. We all provide the great customer service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all care learn and do the same task. We all take and are responsible for making our #s. And we all run the store like it's our own store.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was a phone interview, it was pretty quick. I was the one sought out. I was working for a children store when I was asked to come work for LB
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I have not gotten a raise in 4 years. And they got rid of assistant Mgr positions. I been a FTSL since I started working in 2012. I should be make 18plus with the experience I have.
