The company is great. But the upper management in my store is lacking and they aren't being held accountable because corporate doesn't see it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being on sales floor, not playing favorites and working a schedule during regular business hours , not com in way early before store opens to leave at 2. And not have the assistant mirror the sm schedule

Except for a couple members of management, the team not only want to make our goals, they try to make them happen, unlike the 2 managers that think they can just tell people how to do it instead of being part of the team to make itbhappen
