My experience was horrible. My manager constantly made Inappropriate comments towards other coworkers. He had specifically stated one time that "my wife got sennt a dick pic from my buddy and she got pissed".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i nonstop had compliments and they never got pushed up.

Learning when to talk about certain things especially if its something inappropriate for work.
