My experience with this company has been awful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers happy, making sales goals, and getting all our tasks done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get a lot of repeat customers that seem to like us and our store location compared to other locations around us and so that keeps our store busy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We just got new managers at our store that don't seem to want to listen to anything we have to say or do. They want to do everything their way.
