We have a beautiful management team that has many strengths. If we had a leader that promoted unity, instead of divisions, we would rock all areas of retail!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are all having the inventory shortage. Not sure that can be helped. But you could reach out to management teams and associates, with climate surveys. Ask them how they feel about their work environment and policy changes. The mood of the whole store can be ruined by just a few bad apples.
