They refused to give us hazard pay but gave each person in corporate a 2 million dollar bonus. They extend the hours to unsafe times and said the "needs of the store will always come before you" and "it is what it is". Lane Bryant is literally going to kill us because they don't care about workers

Not dump all the tasks on me as I'm by myself on the floor for hours on end because over run by rude customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give us a living wage, stop scheduling one person to close 10 nights straight at ungodly and unsafe hours, and give us the hazard pay we deserve
