Lo mejor es el salario que es competeitivo a nivel call center pero no a nivel profesional, los beneficios que nos estan ofreciendo son los mismos beneficios que ya ofrecen las empresas entonces solo es publicidad para ellos mas no un beneficio adicional por ser parte de la empresa.

Lo peor de Lean solutions Guatemala es el equipo de administracion, se supone que deben de administrar bien los recursos y organizarse y es algo que no hacen. Mejorar? Organizarse mejor, tener cronogramas, anticiparse a situaciones
