The team is bought into the company vision, they are excited to continuously learn and improve their craft, they realize that they are the front line to solving customer problems and have developed a strong sense of customer empathy.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication and transparency at mid levels. We hear things at the corporate level from the C-staff, but all the intermediate levels are basically silent.
