To uphold company values, respect staff for the skills they bring and to stop bullying team members.

If, as an organization, we want to continuously improve, that means we will make some mistakes. Be open and willing to allow space for imperfections.

Compensation. It is extremely frustrating to see that the company is doing well but we get a mere bump in raise that hasn't even covered inflation. Stop giving us lip service that you care about us. You care more about the investors and profits than you do your employees
Review from Executive Dept
Matching words to actions. "Investing in employees" is meaningless if we don't do it.

Flexible and fair, feels like we are considerate and support our talent and growth.

The compensation is probably about right

The bonus structure is critical

Not enough focus on merit
Review from Executive Dept
It is not about feeling undervalued, although we are a strategy function, we are directly involved in sales, the face of the organisation at events, join key meetings to reassure prospects of our expertise etc, yet we have a modest % bonus and do not benefit from direct sales performance or COE

Medical benefits are expensive and basic at best. I would feel better if the company actually gave raises instead of cost of living bumps that havent kept up with inflation. An Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a discount instant of paying market rate? I can buy stocks with no fees in a number of pl
Review from Executive Dept
It's difficult to hire because we don't pay market rates. I manage people who make more than I do. Staffing and workload are not balanced. It shouldn't be a "luxury" to be able to perform to the best of my ability.
Review from Executive Dept
Compensation is not inline with external comps. This makes it extremely difficult to attract and retain talent, not to mention undervalues existing staff.

Challenging, experienced, skilled, communicative, fair and supportive. Engaged and driven to drive the company, our growth and each other to perform better today than we were yesterday.

Everyone coming from a different background, very smart and friendly people. Accountability is however a challenge.
Review from Executive Dept
It's inclusive, collaborative, supportive and innovative. I get to work with some of the brightest, enthusiastic and passionate people I could wish for. Which makes work rewarding, engaging and fun.
Review from Executive Dept
If we had a leader that was genuinely interested in its team members, their development and wellbeing + the entire team working collaboratively and in good faith, this would go a long way for better co-working. Currently, tone from the top is lacking.
Review from Executive Dept
A sense of partnership and collaboration. LN has become very back-stabby after the recent acquisitions. Everyone is eager to make a name for themselves at any cost. Backchannel communications are the norm.

Inclusive, dynamic, passionate, challenging, high performance, diverse and supportive

too easy going and not enough pressure to get things done

The culture of psychological safety means that honesty is at times forgotten.
Review from Executive Dept
The culture needs to be consistent in terms of promoting the importance of the role individuals play in terms of advancing the business.

Nothing in particular to note here
Review from Executive Dept
I am tired of the company doing the bare minimum on things that don't make money. The tools I have to use are often mediocre at best. We have all these policies we have to follow yet there is not one place I can go to see how we are doing.
Review from Executive Dept
Poor management. Redundant roles causing confusion. A refusal to properly staff to support / generate growth. Inconsistent standards for adding staff.
