More regular hours, be more accessible to employees, be more friendly.

More down time/lesson prep time so we are on the same page and feel prepared for students.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Significantly higher pay would make me feel better. They give me 10% of what they charge for my services.
