What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has always been proactive and forth-coming with any changes or questions around the company. They are very transparent and honest to all the employees. I have a lot of faith and respect for the leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package and subsequent pay changes has always been more than fair and competitive in my opinion.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a great sense of collaboration and working with everyone is a great pleasure! The priorities are always discussed together beforehand and working on specific tasks along with improvements and new ideas and encouraged a lot!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company has always been very positive and welcoming. There is a constant line of positive communication present where you can share your concerns and thoughts and get feedback. Personal development is encouraged and collaboration both in-team and with other teams is very smooth.

I never get the sense that I'm a pawn in a chess game or that I have to be a cutthroat and climb over other people to be recognized. We are all in this together and we all try to look out for each other, within our teams and inter-departmentally.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I remember my interview process was very streamlined, and I was told exactly what as on the itenary. I felt the interviewers were very knowledgeable and very accessible. The discussions were always very positive and informative.

I liked that the interviewer was more concerned with my practical knowledge and my ability to solve difficult problems. The interview was very comfortable and the interviewer took time to help teach me.

We do aptitude quizzes before the interview process begins. So you can work on it outside of the potentially stressful interview process. We're more concerned about skill and culture fit than being able to solve esoteric software issues.

I was able to meet with the whole department during my first interview and get a sense of the camaraderie among the team. I also applied for one position, but was given a chance to take a different one that I was even more qualified for.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I get to work and contribute to my teams goals and efforts along with maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Collaborating with my team and working and learning together is amazing!
