Little Caesar's Claimed Company
Little Caesars wants to be ""the best take-home pizza chain by exceeding customer expectations with extraordinary value, great tasting products and outstanding people."" Review from HR Dept

I think there compensation and benefits package are generally very fair and competitive.

Great benefit package great wages

Good about the job no

Everything really it is kind of my first.

No words on that to say.

Honestly I'm just happy doing something I like

FREE PIZZAAAA and we dont have much for regular crew members but it is very easy to become a manager and receive more for working the same amount and getting more hours.

The cash money I am allowed to invest.

Being able to work with a good crew.

The pay is good and fair

Medical coverage is cheap and good coverage

The hours I work ate great

Its always on time and accurate.

Everything I love it I like everything about it

Good it is good yes

It is upfront and fair

experience and growth, we cant ask for more.

Review from Operations Dept

We don't get a compensation package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel this way because the GM constantly creates me like shit no matter what I do even if I am the one keeping the whole store together

I feel undervalued because I got terminated for trying to help the company from employers stealing

Being treated right and fairly I would like for us to work as a team

I dont get compensation, stock, or any benfits actually, By myself I have to stock the drink machine, clean all windows, computers, doors, counters, mop, sweep, clean the bathroom, stock front napkins, spice packets, cookies all while answering the phone, window, and lobby customers.

I dont have one compensation

Review from Sales Dept

I'm fairly sure I'm being paid less than what the job advertisement stated which was between $9-$12. I also spoke with a girl that used to work at the same location and she told me they also had paid her barely above minimum wage. She said they paid her $7.75 while others were being paid more.

I feel undervalued because I'm not praised enough for my hard work. I don't feel noticed. What would make me feel better is if the company gives everyone a raise for those who deserve it.

Because my managers do not listen to anyone's complaints or issues. They're only out for themselves. Hire managers that actually want to make a positive difference.

Review from Customer Success Dept

to get my hours they owe me for . I quit do to shaving paychecks . still need my w2 for 2023 to file 2024s taxes

When going into a shift I was always handed a high labor and they left us no choice but to work off the clock other wise if we didn't and labor was still high then they would threaten to be fire us

Acknowledgement and respect as an individual.

Proper management and proper training as long with professionalism.

If I felt comfortable and safe in the employment

Actual compensation would be nice.

I feel I'm worth a lot more then what I'm getting paid for what I gotta put up with at work. I would be happy if I got a paid like most people with my experience do

I think I'm worth a lot more than I'm getting paid what would make me feel better about my pay is more then I'm getting paid now

i get no positive feedback and no promotions i have 4 stores that ask me for help all the time and ask me to tranfer cause im such a good woker ive asked for a promotion for a year and a half because im the best in the area and they want me to be perfect before the promotion no one is perfect

Review from Sales Dept

Give me more money please

They turn off your benefits by default, and pay you minimum wage for intense work. They're always understaffed so they can make a larger profit, but it makes it much harder for the employees.

pay said wage not less
