What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is no benefit, underpaid and overworked

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was given very basic questions

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability and task management. Training

What are some of the best things about your team?

Knowledgeable coworkers are always helpful, however they are being push out by corporate

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Associates are friendly and one of the only reasons working here is tolerable

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Corporate does not see how stores are actually run and keep implementing policies that lower worker morale while wasting money. Trying to get tenured employees to quit so they can be replaced with part timers who are payed significantly less. Loss of knowledgeable employees equals bad service
