It's hard to pinpoint just one, but for now, it's probably Workation. It's a time when we focus on building relationships, not just work. It's a great opportunity to get to know the people I work with remotely every day.

Well, as I said, the diversity in terms of cultures is great (although, there is not a single black person, I thought that was a bit odd), but there's a certain imbalance in terms of gender in relation to power.
