What is the best part about your compensation package?
The parental days each month. This is a great benefit for working parents. I also love the quarterly creative days where we can take a day off to do something that sparks our creativity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd appreciate if additional bonus option would be be up to market standards.

I've never been offered any kind of stock, voucher or any equity compensation - it just wasn't on the table. Company pays slightly below average compared to other Remote Companies. I'm hoping for a raise next year.

The interviewers made me feel comfortable during the two interview calls. The question can be hard but the people are so nice that it's like having a chat rather than a formal interview.

It's a fully remote team with a lot of autonomy for each individual.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Well, as I said, the diversity in terms of cultures is great (although, there is not a single black person, I thought that was a bit odd), but there's a certain imbalance in terms of gender in relation to power.
