First of all, the communication is next level even in a curent context as the pandemic one; then, everyone has a positive attitude and the whole team is a fantastic mix of diverse expertise.

That the standard questionnaire is short and the actual interview is an open-ended discussion where you can explore your own experience in order to come up with various tactics for the questions you have to answer.
