- The CTO should make a step to "brigde the disconnect" between him and his engineers -> he made some initial steps in fall 2021, but then once again, lost focus. Of course, the engineering teams will also need to make a step towards the CTO, but the current situation is filled with mutual mistrust

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current workload is causing employees to burnout and we continue to pile on more and more. When recruiting new employees, the starting salaries are more than what is offered for experienced workers at Medela. Makes me consider looking elsewhere.

- reduce bureacracy - reduce processes - reduce # of meetings - get out of fat cat mode - become an agile and hungry company that wants to get things done (get out of the endless discussion mode and the neverending scope creep mode) - repair the bridge of trust between engineering + CTO

Lack of support, low pay, no opportunity to advance, this is another year of no merit increases, no new hiring to our department, and no bonus.
