Methodist continually assesses the market and does adjustments when salaries in an area start to lag. They are certainly not the highest paying in every job category but they are fair and competitive.

We are like family and work together well.

They work very hard to optimize Methodist as a place for patients to receive care and for their employees and physicians to work/practice.

My co workers are great overall, they can be derailed but unimportant issues at times but they care so much about the work we do.

There has been a lot of focus on improving the culture of our workplace. Management/exec team hasn't taken it far enough.
