    We work together and back each other up. We have trust in one another to work effectively. Whereas, the agency does not have our best interest in mind. As a result, we are not part of the their (management) team. Collective Bargaining Employees fight for fair treatment as a team.

    The culture wants to get it done and not be deprived of contract agreements. The environment that is at the forefront want to have the recognition of positive performance.

    There is too much greed, corruption, fraud, waste and abuse from the senior executive level. There must be inspection and oversight that can eliminate the ineffective and inefficient decision making. Frequent audits and ethical performance must be priority.
