We flow together so well everything is awesome the interaction with each one of my employees is never bad

I'm just a cashier but I just know that my manager and assistant manager and disarmed and her deserve raises
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are fair they are firm when they need help or they need something and if I need something they are there for me no matter what
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are just amazing with working with you helping you if you need time off if you have things going on they will do whatever it takes to make it easier for you
