I would say everything is positive but the pay

Being able to see regular customers come in and happy to see that im working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other convenient stores Murphys pay is a lot lower and if you are shift lead you have to pay for your own gas to go on bank runs and fuel pricing!
