Getting a hold of anyone in management when there's an incident is hit or miss. Management does not follow labor code of their state, gossip and otherwise disrespect and take advantage of their employees causing many to quit.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respect and scheduling are the biggest issues.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I didn't receive an interview, I was simply hired on the day after applying. Having an actual process would be ideal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Occasionally we do get good employees who get their tasks done, and communicate with the next shift of anything that might be malfunctioning.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We are given a task list of things that need to be done and signed off on with each shift. If it was actually used things would go smoother.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our manager hasn't personally trained very many people, causing some not to be sure about their duties. Scheduling is also unstable and not much notice is given to edits to the schedule.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My manager complains to me about others not doing their jobs, then I hear from my coworkers that she's been saying the same things about me to them. Not to mention despite almost regularly getting overtime, I'm still listed as part time, so I won't receive most benefits.
