I don't feel undervalued as an employee, but I am definitely underpaid

My customers, especially my regulars who make my day just by walking in

Depends on who is a part of the leadership team. I'm an assistant manager, and my manager and I flow with each other

We flow with each other, our personalities are all different but somehow blend together, we work with each other we move around and work around each other in unison
