Love my job but we do not get paid enough for the crap that we are having to put up with. Need to up everyone's pay or you will wind up having to close every store down.

It was a very thorough process
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better managers and better pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn how to do their job and quit being lazy and sitting in the booth watching movies and playing games on their phones when they could be stocking the coolers or snacks or doing something anything.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My assistant manager is very lazy. Just yesterday he clocked out as soon as I got there and all of our trash cans were over flowing full. He did not even bother to change them. He has never touched the cooler as in stocking it not one one since I have been there and I have been there for a few month
