My coworkers cheerful attitude helps me a lot and our manager sets the tone for the day by greeting us with a smile
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
On boarding and back ground checks take so long to go thru that by the time they do, the applicant has secured another job somewhere else
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat me like a person and they genuinely care. I'm not just a warm body to my manager. I'm a person and that's important to me.
