It is a great company to work for. They have great hours and good people, however the pay rate is lower than the Walmart in our area even as an assistant manager the pay is lower than what all other stores offer in our area. I love my store and would do anything I could for them.

Interacting with guests and helping our disabled vets and other guests that need me

The people diversity. People are great the ones I work with are amazing talented individuals

They work well together they respond when there is an issue and they are amazing people all around
What did you like most about the interview process?
Talking one on one with the manager was direct and to the point she answered any and all questions I had for her
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay rate in my area for assistant manager is 12.75 an hr the Walmart next to us is 15.00 an hour starting pay with us is 10.00 an hour Walmart offers 13 starting pay and they also offer full time it is a great place to work however it is hard with the lower pay rate
