The manager was very sweet and straight forwardand very nice and respectful

We all talk about ways to better the work load in the store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the pay would go up and we are able to get over time if we are short handed. And if we would get bonuses for thanksgiving and christmas hoildays to show some apperication for our hard work through out the year. Because we do a lot and put up with alot
