This company starts it employee's off with extremely low wages for them to offer competitive wages. They do not have sick leave, pto or vacation time for their full time employee's that spend half their check on insurance yet get less than 20 hours a week. They should ar least provide free water.

I have never heard of a leadership team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and fast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My customers and being in my own neighborhood surrounded by life long friends and neighbors.
