I am the only black I am the only one that works 2 jobs. They talk about me behind my back. One of the ladies are aloud to let her husband help her at work whenever she wants to and it is approved. This week they did not even put me on the schedule at all no day. So I need to speak with the owner
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nor anything really. They never trained me all the way. There's things that I still don't know
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers complain about the management in front of my managers boss. And they do nothing about it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The cussing in front of customers. The talking bad about the entire team and each other. Having favorites. Scheduling you whenever they want when they hired you for one position
