I have worked at this company for 7 months, im very concerned about how my employees are being treated I feel that my employees are getting treated unfair. Ones about to quit and I wish to speak to someone above district manager.

The manager and assistant is not understanding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like me and my employees get treated like we are dog toys and my shift lead, is getting 12 an hour instead of 13 or 14an hour which she did more work then manager and assistant
