What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers (except the manager) were all extremely hardworking people. They did the best they possibly could despite consistently working alone for 6+ hours in a busy store.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with the old manager who was pretty good at his job. He asked relevant questions and told me the circumstances of my employment from the beginning. He was honest with me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My store recently got a new manager. He consistently disappears while he’s “working”, fails to order items the store is out of (despite me and my coworkers making a list of items that we needed), ignores employee and customer complaints,
