Almost every store will help one another with anything they are able to. District managers come and go constantly so store management is always there for each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store managers are paid salaries and have to be available 24/7. They deal with a lot and more is constantly being shoved on them. Assistant managers are paid hourly but are accepted to be able to do almost anything store manager can but paid 10.50 starting. Cashiers minimum wage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customer’s can be the best thing about your day or the worst. We usually always have great customers but once in awhile someone comes in already having a bad day and takes it out on us. We understand though so we provide great customer service to them also so maybe we can make
