Better wages. Asking and implementing changes at a store level based on employee needs. Rotating store managers to promote diverse understanding and appreciation for their employees. Fuel discounts for employees.
Wage increases and better promotion opportunities. Cashiers get overlooked for promotions because the store managers expect the cashiers to pander to their egos and whims to get a promotion instead of promoting the cashiers based on experience and knowledge of the job.
