What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the customers are the only the positive thing.

Some of the managers are really mean to their employees. Better managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How they treat certain employees. I was a member of management and my cashiers got treated better and paid better than I did as a member of management. I got in trouble for denying sales to customers because the customers sometimes would not show me a valid form of identification. I always felt dumb
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a member of management and Pay was only getting paid starting off nine dollars an hour and cashiers were getting paid over $10 an hour and I asked my boss why I was getting paid less than them and he said it was because I was starting out and I told him I am a member of management.
