I have been employed by Newell Brands now for almost 2 months. Like with any job it has its ups and downs, stressful and fun times. What I like most is that I can wear jeans and work from home 2-3 days a week. Loving my weekends and evenings off and pretty much all the bank holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative and everyone pulls together as a team to knock the work out. Forging deep and meaningful relationships with my coworkers is really nice. Its literally like a second family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job. Getting recognition for doing a good job. Finishing the day on a positive note. Learning how to do my job more efficiently. Putting together the pieces of how to do my job better and better every day. Good training. Positive company meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting an opportunity to interview with both my boss and boss's boss so not being on time constraints. They weren't in a hurry to move on to the next applicant. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person to determine if I would fit in with the team & company culture.
