I have worked for my company for a long time and done a lot of things to help out the company and the management over the years. I have seen a lot of good people being treated extremely unfairly including myself and it is still continuing today and seems to be getting worse every year.

Some of the long term employees are good people and enjoyable to work with
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that work under me for the most part still care about the job and always do what is asked of them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of disrespect coming from the management and directed at the employees. A lot of negative comments are being made on a daily basis.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed over 14 years ago with a whole new management team and HR person. It was completely different then. Very comfortable interview process and very polite people conducting the interviews. It is not like that now
