I enjoy the managers, they just need to push for teamwork, they turn their heads, and some pull more weight then others (as anyweare) they need to reward the workers who take their job more serious!

Open door policy, they are willing to listen

Great 401, medical is on the high side, but all my heart meds are free

Very comfortable, my boss was straight forward, I was very comfortable with the interview
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There isnt any teamwork in my particular dept., but I do enjoy my other co workers in other departments
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communication, merit raises should be according to your work ethic, not same raise across the board, sort of a slap in the face
