  • It's okay. We've seen some pay increases, but they are usually paired with cuts to benefits or cost of living increasing, so overall I am getting about what I did when I started a decade ago.

  • There is a lot of stress and frustration. Hours vary due to how busy we are. Mandatory overtime during the busiest seasons, hours being cut or strongly pushed voluntary unpaid time off when slow.

  • At this time there is no perk or benefit. They are hiring for seasonal but I am a full time employee and have been flexed off for almost the last two weeks and before that. I gave only worked two days in the last two weeks. That's right 16 hours. So if you're looking for a future with a company, Nordstrom is not the one!! Good luck in your search other places.
